My name is Dima and I live in Connecticut, USA.

I have a degree in Psychology and am increasingly fascinated with this vastly diverse field. The systematic study of human cognition and behavior is certainly complicated. Researchers and practitioners face numerous limitations and challenges in their attempts to document, understand and predict behavior. Yet, every day, new methodological studies and technology allow us to reveal some novelty aspect of the human psyche. My hope is that this knowledge is used to promote understanding and tolerance as well as help individuals in times of mental suffering. The science of Psychology, among the youngest of sciences, is to promote mental health and well-being, and teach us more about who we are.

This blog is my sincere and enthusiastic endeavor to discuss some interesting issues in Psychology and communicate my perspective on certain global issues that we are facing.

I appreciate comments and constructive criticism.

Thank you for reading and be safe!
